Most orders ship in 3 to 4 days.  Custom orders may take a little longer.

Privacy & Security:

We value your privacy here at Tami's Craft Shack.  We do not share any personal information, including your email address, with anybody.  If you wish to join our mailing list, we will send you updates on the site, sale information and special offers approximately once per month.  You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message.  Any other information that you submit to us is used to process your order and to complete any customer service issues (returns, exchanges, etc.).

Product Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return them for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

1. Return requests should be sent to tamiscraftshack@hotmail.com                                        along with a copy of your  invoice.

2. Items may be returned in original resaleable condition only. 

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

4. Custom items (Example- afghans made larger than original size) are final sale items and may not be returned with the exception of product defect or design error.
